About This Site:
The House of Shadows is a reference site for Halloween enthusiasts. Visitors will find tutorials for DIY prop building, inspiration for decorating, resources for Halloween collectibles, and ideas to help you celebrate the holiday in a way that expresses your unique personal style. Feature articles will introduce you to the artists behind some of the best Halloween arts and crafts posted on the Internet. Exploring the work of these artists is my way of growing and learning new skills as I pursue my interest in building my home haunt, while sharing what I learn along the way to help make Halloween night a frightfully-fun and memorable event.
The House of Shadows is also attached to my home-based business affiliation with Amazon.com. It’s not a huge profit turning business, simply a way for me to generate income to support my website and buy some hobby supplies along the way. The focus of products listed in the store is books, movies, and music that have a general interest to the Halloween home haunt hobbyist. However, you can order anything available through Amazon.com by using the Amazon Search Box in the side bar.
